കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളായ രണ്ട് പേര് ഇന്ന് മിര്സാപൂര് ഗസ്റ്റ് ഹൗസിലെത്തി പ്രിയങ്കയെ കണ്ടതോടെയാണ് പ്രതിഷേധം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ച് പ്രിയങ്ക ഡല്ഹിയിലേയ്ക്ക് മടങ്ങിയത്.
യുപിയിലെ സോന്ഭദ്രയില് വെടിവയ്പില് കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങള് കോണ്ഗ്രസ് ജനറല് സെക്രട്ടറി പ്രിയങ്ക ഗാന്ധിയെ കണ്ടു. ഇന്നലെ പ്രിയങ്ക ഗാന്ധിയെ തടഞ്ഞ് പൊലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്തത് പ്രതിഷേധമുയര്ത്തിയിരുന്നു. കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളെ കാണാതെ പോകില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് പ്രിയങ്ക ഗാന്ധി പ്രതിഷേധ ധര്ണയിരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളായ രണ്ട് പേര് ഇന്ന് മിര്സാപൂര് ഗസ്റ്റ് ഹൗസിലെത്തി പ്രിയങ്കയെ കണ്ടതോടെയാണ് പ്രതിഷേധം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ച് പ്രിയങ്ക ഡല്ഹിയിലേയ്ക്ക് മടങ്ങിയത്. താന് ജയിലില് പോകാന് തയ്യാറാണെന്ന് പ്രിയങ്ക ഗാന്ധി പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.

തന്റെ ദൗത്യം പൂര്ത്തിയായെന്ന് പ്രിയങ്ക എഎന്ഐയോട് പ്രതികരിച്ചു. കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങള്ക്ക് കോണ്ഗ്രസ് 10 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വീതം നല്കുമെന്നും പ്രിയങ്ക അറിയിച്ചു.
